Volunteers: Food & Course Entertainment Coordinator

• Recruit volunteers for course entertainment (cheering).
• Communicate instructions with course entertainment volunteers.
• Assist with course entertainment check-in on race day.
• Secure food donations for volunteers throughout race week.
• Coordinate pick up & delivery of food donations.
• Assist with setup, management and cleanup of volunteer hospitality station on race day.
• Attend committee meetings (in person or virtual) as available.

Race Day Volunteer Supervisor – Registration & Finish Line

• Volunteer Recruitment and Supervision for race day setup and cleanup of registration and finish line areas.
• On race day direct volunteers where to go and provide instructions.
• Assist with setup, cleanup of volunteer hospitality station.
• Attend committee meetings (in person or virtual) as available.

Race Day Volunteer Supervisor – Parking & Course

• Volunteer Recruitment and Supervision for race day setup on course water stations, and parking
• On race day direct volunteers where to go and provide instructions.
• Assist with setup of parking entrances, course signs, and water stations.
• Attend committee meetings (in person or virtual) as available.

Race Day Registration

• Race Day Registration Friday & Saturday registration & individual packet pick up.
• Assist with inventory of race shirt and set up for team packet pick up.
• Supervise volunteers and activities at race day registration, including training volunteers, folding shirts, registering participants, providing information about the race, and troubleshooting or answering registration questions.
• Assist with Team Packet Pickup.
• Attend committee meetings (in person or virtual) as available.

Team Packet Pickup

• Oversee team packet pick up during race week (Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday race week).
• Assist with inventory of race shirts and set up of team packet pick up.
• Work with CSC staff to prepare team packet reports.
• Supervise volunteers for team packet pick up.
• Assist with Race Day Registration.
• Attend committee meetings (in person or virtual) as available.

5K Course Support (2 Positions - 1 at each waterstation)

• Provide needed information for volunteer recruitment of water stations.
• Coordinate set up of water stations, including tables/chairs, and supplies (water, hand sanitizer, gloves, etc.)
• Be on course on race day to supervise setup, management, and cleanup of water stations.
• Assist with placing and directing on course cheer groups and entertainment. On race day serve as the on-site contact for questions from these groups.
• Attend committee meetings (in person or virtual) as available.

Kids Zone Coordinator

• Create the framework for the NEW Kids Zone
• Determine volunteer needs and supply information for volunteer recruitment for set up, clean up, and operation of the Kids Zone.
• Secure donations for equipment and supplies for the Kids Zone area.
• Instruct and supervise volunteers on race day.
• Attend committee meetings (in person or virtual) as available.
