Immediately following that posting we will release a message on all of our social media platforms notifying everyone who follow these platforms that there has been an official change to our event status. The posted message will direct you back to the website homepage and the official statement. Simultaneous to the social media postings an email will be sent to all current registrants notifying them that there has been an official change to our event status and it will direct them back to the website homepage and the official statement.
